US Mint sewn bag still in a sealed box: 100 mix P&D State Quarters from 1999 and 2000.
This coins were minted under the special program called "50 State Quarters" which ran between 1999-2008.
The coins minted under the program will never be minted again. They have been sold out long time ago.

):  “The Mixed Quarters Bag is a 100-coin, face value bag consisting of 1999 and 2000-dated 'P' and 'D' state quarters. Each bag will contain 20% 1999-dated quarters and 80% 2000-dated quarters (at least one coin per state per mintmark in each bag).
