    I did notice these unusual raised areas on the coins when I zoomed in on the main photo, so, I magnified them for your review.
    They were purchased from an estate sale and are in found condition.
    I do not collect nor do I have any knowledge about these coins, minting flaws, or errors, other than, that they were minted in 2004.
