These tree stand hoists are new in the box.  However, they are also survivors of a fire that ravaged one of my distributor’s warehouses.  The hoist itself was not damaged in the fire, but the boxes do have a small amount of soot on them which I have wiped away (the cleanest box is shown in my photos).  Enough smoke settled on top of the box that it “darkened” the box slightly.  You may still detect the faint smell of smoke on the box.  The hoists inside each box are in pristine condition with ZERO damage, but the box is obviously not 100%.  The first buyer will receive the cleanest box.

The Tree Stand Hoist mounts easily around the tree with a heavy duty nylon strap and ratchet.  Angled prongs sit against the tree to prevent the hoist from shifting or slipping after you've secured it.
The extension arm on the hoist is the ideal spot to hang your bow, unloaded gun or pack while sitting in the tree stand.  The Hoist'N Lok Tree Stand Hoist is rated to haul a maximum capacity of 100 pounds, yet it's lightweight and portable at just over 1.5 pounds.
