    Description

    FIJI Scott's 666-68, 1223A, 1249 ( Missing 1st "x" ), 1250-54 ( 10v ) Olympics, Bird Surcharges F/VF Used ( 1992/2011 ). These stamps were ordered printed by Fiji Post using local printers. A large number of these stamps were printed with a bad batch of ink known as "Dry Ink" causing the ink not to adhere to the stamps and flake off ( See Photos ).
