These are authentic US state commemorative quarters, which bear on the obverse color portrait images of all US presidents up to and including Obama. There's no Trump in this one. Made using what is claimed to be a unique colorization process and marketed by the United States Commemorative Gallery, a private firm not associated with the Government. The leatherette album has two stickers on the back, one from the seller and one saying Vault Verification # AS1695
