Pattern: Unknown, "Pleat & Fan" (name by author) imitation-cut crystal
Form: 3-toed relish, candy, jelly bowl
Size: 6-1/2d x 2h
Date: 1977. Hazel-Atlas was founded in 1902, a huge company with several locations, over the years, several of which changed hands. In 1977 the Clarksburg plant was sold to Anchor Hocking who operated it until it closed in 1987. Because this piece is known with a gold foil label that reads "Hazel Ware American Prescut Crystal" this author believes that because Prescut is a patented Anchor Hocking pattern line, the earliest this piece dates is probably 1977. At this writing, there were no active or completed examples at eBay.
Condition: Excellent, but not perfect. There is a small chip on the rim on one of the fans.
Comment: Does react to UV which is in keeping with the age of the piece.
