For over 20 years I've hunted with dull, plastic, undersized back tag holders.  I began each year with the futile task of trying to purchase a decent replacement only to find myself stuffing my new tags into the same inadequate holder.  While sitting in my treestand one day I came up with an idea, a handmade solution for the outdoorsman that can be passed down for generations.  Not only does this product carry your license correctly, it also holds a pen, solving the consistent struggle of locating a pen at the peak of adrenaline.  The days of rummaging through your day pack, pulling out handfuls of old candy wrappers, slim jims, and spent hand warmers only to realize you didn't bring a pen, are finally over.  The holder itself is handcrafted from 4oz pull up leather pre-treated with waxes and oils, and as the holder is handled and weathered through the years, those waxes come to the surface without leaving an unpleasant residue.  This product is sure to age gracefully, and will develop more character over time while maintaining its durability.  The saddle stitching is comprised of triple-braided nylon thread which is abrasion resistant and is sure to stand up to the harsh elements of the outdoors.  Every order will include the leather tag holder, a replacement plastic window, a metal pin clasp, a ballpoint pen, and a tin of leather treatment with application instructions.
