This listing is for a foil tap skirt with chiffon top skirt. This item is brand new but not in the  original Wolff Fording packaging. I think it is a photo sample. I have just a few of these left, but they are a great way to take a black leotard and make it into a tap costume, add a black and gold hat or bow in the hair and some gold at the top of a leotard, maybe a gold sequin stretch belt and you have a costume for very little money. rzzldzzl K521 Sb14
