Styled like a tutu.The size is medium-large adult. The picture of the model  is to show you the style and color on the body , this skirt is SHORT, only 11.5 inches long. This is a sample and the internal and hangtag says so. This item retailed at and is still available from Body Wrappers.There is a size chart with pictures to verify a good fit.  It is perfect with no irregularities except those I noted.
