    Description

    The size of the skirt is a Medium adult but I have listed as a small adult because it has been taken in about 4 inches.  I'm sure the seam would come at easily if you needed it a little bigger.  As it is the waist measures 28".  The red fringe and sequins were added to make the costume have a Spanish look to it.  Only worn for a dance recital.  From a smoke free home.
