Here’s a beautiful brand-new set of beautiful blackwood grips for the Taurus PUBLIC DEFENDER metal-framed revolvers ONLY; these are NOT FOR ANY OF THE JUDGE OR TRACKER MODELS AT ALL.  THESE DO NOT FIT ANY OF THE DEFENDER POLY MODELS!
These are one-piece grips; they are made as two halves and adhered together, resulting in a ONE-PIECE grip.  The grip is installed by slipping it on from the bottom of your Public Defender's frame, then securing the grip in place with the existing screw from the factory - no screw is provided with this grip.  Do not attempt to take the two halves apart as you will damage the grip.

These are not for any other guns other than the Public Defender; if you have a Judge or Tracker model, please see our other listings as we have grips for the Judge and Tracker as well in other listings.  These are stunning grips with beautiful grain patterns and coloring, and the finest quality machining, all made in the USA.  The fit is very precise, and when installed will highly enhance the appearance of your firearm.  The grips are polished to achieve a glossy surface that brings out the true grain of the natural wood.  Gentle finger grooves provide a reference for a repeatable grasp of the gun, helping consistency when shooting.
The grip screw from the bottom, re-used from your existing grips, secures the grip to the frame frame the bottom.

These are smooth grips, with the area in the front (frontstrap) having finger grooves for a better grasp on the gun.
The grip is a one-piece grip and slips on the gun's frame easily from the bottom of the frame.  It is up to you to be sure these are appropriate for your gun.
These grips are produced in the USA by craftsmen using modern equipment to allow these to be sold at a price that is affordable.  They are beautifully made to fit your Taurus, and the pictures do not do them justice.  If you're looking for other versions, see our other listings as we have a lot of different types of grips for other makes and models.
These are for either left- or right-handed shooters, as there is no distinct thumb rest on either side's grip panel.
