    Description

    Submitted for your bidding is a vintage (1977)  solid Sterling Silver goblet, raised from a flat disk of silver by intensive hammering and planishing to achieve such a shape. This was supposed to be the top of a chalice but because of a flaw in the metal (pictured) made it not acceptable for the chalice. Put aside for many years I recently gave it a flat bottom as it had a conical shape and not very practical. Signed by the artist (me) weight is 123.3 dwt or 190.2 g.
